There are a few common facelift types, or methods. The conventional facelift procedure remains the most commonly used. Each of the other facelift types are variations on the conventional facelift.
All facelift patients, regardless of which type they choose, should expect to go home with their head and face wrapped in bulky bandages that will need to be worn for several days. Some degree of swelling, discoloration, and discomfort should be expected. Pain medication will be prescribed for you to help your recovery. Dr. Foster will provide you with detailed post-op instructions to follow.
If you live in the Waterbury, Connecticut area and want to restore your youthful appearance with a facelift, or if you have any further questions about your facelift options, please contact Dr. Foster today.
